These are completely made to order and can be personalised as shown in the "(Any Name)" section or a separate message can be printed on the other side. It's up to you, it's your mug!

We aim to make and dispatch our mugs on the day they are ordered (pre-2pm, Monday to Friday) but can take a bit longer during busier times (e.g. December).
All mugs are carefully packed before postage to keep breakages to an absolute minimum.
Our company, The Lanark Print Co., has been trading on eBay since 2009 and have built up a great reputation with a feedback rating of almost 35,000 (as of August 2017). We sell all manner of t-shirts and mugs. All handmade to order to each buyer's specification. We operate from our small premises in Lanark, Scotland with a staff of only 3. We try to take great personal care with every order and will always do our best to answer any queries or deal with special requests as best as we can.

If an order is urgent we offer a tracked service in the UK which is usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Our aim is always to post within 2 working days but please be aware of our dispatch times when placing your order.
Free shipping on international orders is by economy post and is untracked. Please note this can take around 4 weeks. There is a quicker tracked option available for an extra fee.
