Select your version (Digital / A2 board / A1 board)

Provide your personalisation
Full name, relevant dates, and any additional text (e.g., “Celebrating the life of …”)
You may enter personalisation in the box at checkout or send via message after ordering
Submit your photo (if choosing with photo option) via Etsy message or email lanarkprintco@gmail.com
Use the original high-resolution image, not screenshots
Avoid blurry or low-quality images — details lost when enlarged

If requested, we can send a proof; otherwise, we print based on the file you supply. Please note proofs may cause delays.

Leave your mobile number (UK or international)
This is essential for courier contact in case they cannot deliver
If no mobile is given and the item is returned, you will need to cover extra delivery costs

Processing & Delivery
Digital files are delivered within 1 working day (Mon–Fri)
Printed boards are typically dispatched same working day (Mon - Friday) if ordered before 12 noon.
We do not currently ship physical boards overseas

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are guidelines — delays may occur due to courier, customs, or other factors
