Ladyfit sizes are fitted and are always on the tighter side.

We offer a return on most items other than personalised ones. The buyer is responsible for any return costs unless we have made an error. Please contact us if you need to return anything for an exchange or refund.

Returns will not be accepted on personalised items unless we have made a mistake so please make sure you give us the correct information.
Items are typically dispatched after 2 business days (Mon-Friday) by 1st class post or tracked airmail.
Items ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri will often be dispatched next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched by Tuesday.

Free shipping on international orders is by economy post and is untracked. Please note this can take around 4 weeks. There is a quicker tracked option available for an extra fee.
